About Hrishit
Hi, I’m Hrishit—a lifelong learner, space enthusiast, and die-hard Manchester United fan (don’t hold that against me!). Teaching has always been my passion because I love breaking down tough concepts and seeing that "aha!" moment when it all clicks for my students. I’ve been tutoring since my Lido Learning days, where I discovered how rewarding it is to make learning enjoyable and stress-free. With my background in Aerospace Engineering (First Class!) and my ongoing MSc at Imperial College, I bring both academic expertise and a lighthearted approach to my lessons. Whether we’re solving equations or unravelling the mysteries of Trigonometry, I aim to inspire curiosity, confidence, and maybe even a bit of fun along the way! All I want to do for you is make learning an adventure, not a chore.

Techniques and Teaching Methodology: I believe in making learning fun, engaging, and relatable. I use visual aids, real-world examples, and interactive discussions to simplify complex concepts and spark curiosity in my students. My teaching methodology revolves around breaking down topics into easily digestible segments, encouraging active participation, and tailoring lessons to suit individual learning styles. I focus on helping students truly understand the "why" behind concepts rather than just memorising them, ensuring they can confidently apply their knowledge in exams and beyond. Typical Length of a Lesson: Each lesson is 1 hour long to maximise the student’s attention span while keeping the content on track. This duration allows us to dive deeply into key concepts, practise problem-solving, and have time for any questions or clarifications without overwhelming the student. Qualifications/Experience as a Tutor: I have a First Class degree in Aerospace Engineering and am currently pursuing an MSc in Risk Management & Financial Engineering at Imperial College London. I’ve taught over 400 students as a Senior Associate Tutor at Lido Learning, where I enhanced their academic performance by an average of 8%. My experience includes teaching students across different levels, helping them grasp challenging concepts and achieve their academic goals. Who the Lessons Are For: I teach students preparing for GCSE and A-Level exams, as well as undergraduate engineering students. My lessons are suitable for learners of all ages who want to build a strong foundation in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Astrophysics, whether to improve grades, prepare for exams, or simply gain a deeper understanding of these fascinating subjects.
