• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  I fell in love with physics as a child, mesmerized by how equations unravel nature’s mysteries. That passion carried me through top marks in IIT-JEE physics and into aerospace engineering. Now I share that same wonder with every student.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  After designing rockets all day, nothing rejuvenates me like a student’s “aha” moment. Teaching lets me pay forward the clarity my own mentors gave me and reminds me why I fell in love with physics in the first place.

• How does your work help society?

  I’m grateful for the teachers who believed in me, and now I strive to spark that same confidence. By nurturing curious minds, I’m helping shape the problem-solvers and innovators our world needs.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam was more than our college chancellor. He was a living testament to science’s power to uplift humanity. His words still inspire me to use physics as a force for good.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  I scuba dive and freedive whenever I can. The ocean’s silence and vastness calm my mind. Those moments of weightlessness remind me that curiosity and exploration go hand in hand.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  One 12th CBSE student arrived terrified of physics. After 3 months of teaching, she not only mastered the subject but fell in love with it. And finally ended up topping her class. Moments like that make teaching unforgettable.
