About ANTHONY
I support parents with aspirations for their teenagers – those who want to gain admission to top universities. I help to improve Exam Grades in Core Academic subjects at GCSE, GCSE A-level, National 5, SQA Higher, SQA Advanced Higher. On average, my students are performing at around a B grade in school before they join us; within a year, they improve by about two grade points. My main programmes are: Online lessons and Consultation Tuition (one-to-one as a consultant teacher). I run separate online lessons for all. I cover the core academic subjects such as Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at both GCSE and A-level. In addition to all the above, I also provide for Further Maths at A-level. At GCSE, I cover Further Maths and all the science options – Triple and Combined (double or trilogy). I have the highest quality and I have a proven track record for over 15 years.

I am a graduate of Maths and Engineering who holds BSc, MSc, and PGDE with over 15 years of teaching experience. I have taught in British secondary schools over the years and am familiar with the requirements of the National Curriculum for: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology. More importantly, I have been checked by Enhanced Disclosure from the CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) and PVG in Scotland. All clean. *Students are taught in small group sizes where I am able to address the needs of each individual student. On average my class number is 5 students. In addition to covering the important aspects of topics that are relevant to each student, help will also be focused on the specific requirements of each student’s examination board. My teachings focus on reinforcing key topics, dealing with common ‘exam question’ mistakes, and working on exam technique. My classes are always lively and dynamic. Boosting confidence with achievable expectations. Reinforcing knowledge and good practice. Using past examination papers to give students confidence in preparing for current exams. Monitoring student performance and identifying weaknesses and strengths. Setting realistic grade targets. Minimising stress through rigorous exam preparation. Each student will finish the course with enhanced confidence and in a better position to face the examinations. My lessons are for students in KS2 to KS5 in England and Wales and P4 to S6 in Scotland. Places are on a first come first serve basis. Wait no more.
