About Eileen
I established study groups together with other students in my classes that were having difficulty. There was one in particular that comes to mind is in one of my electrical engineering courses where most of the class was failing. The professor did not like to make himself available for assisting students, so I worked to learn this on my own and help my classmates understand the coursework so all of us could pass the course.

I like to try and reach students in all 3 main methods of learning. I believe each student's ability to learn is individual. Some people really need to see the information, others grasp concepts by listening to an explanation, and some need to physically writing it out or an tactile method. However, most of us will do our best if we can get a combination of all 3 ways. I like to work to find ways to include all methods in my approach.
