About Misty
I have been teaching for 4 years now. I taught Algebra to 9th and 10th graders my first two years of teaching. Last year and this year I am teaching 9th graders biology. Each of these years, I have had 4-5 classes of about 25-30 students in each (an average of 120 students per year). My students have performed the highest on all of their quizzes and tests out of all of the freshmen. I am currently teaching a section of Honors biology as well.

I am a 9th grade biology teacher. I have taught algebra in the past as well. I have my Bachelor's degree, and am currently enrolled in a Master's Degree program for Education. My teaching style is to relate the content to real world examples and situations, in order for the student to better understand the material.
