About Pamela
Algebra often seems like a series of disconnected rules until you see the underlying logic. It turns out that most students struggle because they miss the connection between simple variables and higher-order polynomial structures.
My 12 years of experience show that once the structure is clear the mechanics become secondary. I approach these sessions as a colleague in training rather than a formal instructor. I really enjoy seeing that lightbulb moment when the abstraction clicks.
