My teaching method is based on asking questions, learning more about an individual, providing guidance through asking pertinent questions and as a result understanding an individual’s motivation for learning as well as getting to know the individual. What fuels their motivation for learning as well as their determination. I care about the individual. The typical lesson structure includes getting to know an individual, the reason for learning, testing previous knowledge and building from there onwards in order to achieve the individual’s needs and goals.
