About Dr Kartic
I have seven years research and Teaching experiences at Graduate, Postgraduate and Ph.D level. I am writing to express my interest in both of the research assistant positions at the Hydrology and Water resources management including Natural Resources Management.

I am attracted to both positions, my preference is for Watershed management, as my experience lies in working with a Ph.D. I posses first-hand research experience through my former job as a research assistant at the university in the department of Remote Sensing and GIS as well as through my current research. My work as a research assistant included mapping and performing analysis. As a UGC Fellow, I have designed my own computer-based experiment to examine how differences in response of each parameter performance on spatial test. Further work will include collecting, entering, and analyzing data which will conclude in my thesis. In addition to hands-on data collection and research experience, I can offer my knowledge of research methodology and statistics gained as a teaching assistant for the postgraduate and dissertation class. During this time, I have become well versed in experimental methodology and basic application testing. In addition, I developed a strong proficiency in remote sensing and gis through teaching its application to the postgraduate research majors and through authoring the remote sensing and GIS guide used by the students in the class. I look forward to speaking with you in order to discuss further my qualifications for the position.
