About Hridoy Sankar
I support students preparing for competitive academic pathways, including interviews for prestigious programs such as those at the University of Cambridge, by coaching them on problem-solving strategies, technical communication and academic presentation skills. Through these efforts, I aim to equip students not only with strong technical knowledge but also with the confidence and professionalism needed to succeed in both industry and academia.
I feel that my dedication to both research and teaching makes me a qualified educator who can provide students with an education that incorporates research experience. My goal is to inspire a love of learning, creativity, and critical thinking in my students.
I am an Assistant Professor in Cyber Security with a strong academic background and research focus. Previously, I served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at the University of Cambridge. I earned my Ph.D. in Computer Science, specializing in Social Network Analysis.

In the spirit of legendary teacher Richard Feynman, I believe teaching should be a reciprocal process where the instructor gains as much from students as students do from the teacher. For me, teaching reaches its full potential when the class becomes an engaging discussion between teacher and students. The typical length of a lesson is 1 hour and for all age groups.
