About Teerathpal
Always been passionate about bringing out the best in people, and what better way than to teach and coach!
Through my experience of being within the corporate field of Learning and Development, I have come to terms that most of the dissatisfaction or soft skills related issue among the employees is caused by 'miscommunication' due to low understanding of the common spoken language - English.
Hence, my effort to instill the love and interest for the English Language among the younger generation (especially for those who's first language is not English at home) has become my ultimate mission in my career today.
A good command of the English Language enables you to quickly master the art of critical thinking, creative thinking, negotiation and public speaking as it gives you the luxury of being confident!
My task is to understand and to identify problems and possible weak links to create an alternative and suitable method for that individual.
