Along with 1 hour of exercise, we'll focus on :

Details

I mostly have clients who are in for long term results, you can get an idea after few classes.
1st class will include :
- 5-10mins counseling(where we try to get an overview of your goals and current situation)
- 40-45 mins of exercise (in way that will get your dopamine released and associate good feelings with exercise)
- 5-10 mins of stretching and cooldown
