About Kathryn
Professionally with a background in corporate business, I realised my true passion to help my teams and other people feel better about themselves, physically and mentally. I formally trained a few years ago in personal training, mindset and wellbeing coaching, which is now where I dedicate my time professionally. Although I have a background in competitive sport and have always trained to keep myself fit, I've also had times where I struggled to keep on form and I'm aware of the challenges, fitting in life and other priorities can present. I can help in different ways to overcome those challenges and make fitness more enjoyable, so it works for you. I love seeing the results that my clients have had, in a variety of ways, I'd love to see how I can help you.

Following an introduction session to get to know you and your aims, I can deliver training at your home, outdoors or online. Adaptable to any level of experience and using a variety of techniques to keep you motivated and achieve sustainable progression. With check-ins on nutrition, activity and lifestyle outside of our sessions to review other ways to complement your progress.
