About Alexander
I am well versed in sustainable theories of change and governance for sustainability. I have 3 months experience training teams to carry out projects on generating sustainability livelihoods. Where I taught active global citizenship alongside practical methodologies for project monitoring before supporting them in the field. Prior to this I was trained for a month in how to deliver group classes and translate the dynamic into individual mentoring programs.

My first stage is to gauge the level of knowledge within the class or individual. This helps to create relevant content in lessons while highlighting where progress needs to be made and avoids dull repetition. During teaching my main aim is to facilitate learning between students through sparking healthy debate. Once information has been presented to them I will have them split and present back to each other. Giving students an opportunity to teach their peers is the most effective way to instill the knowledge within them. This aids in giving students the real ability to apply the knowledge learned rather than simply memorizing facts.
