About Anjali
I'm Anjali, currently pursuing masters in yoga science from University of Patanjali.
Being born and bought up in a beautiful town Rishikesh "International yoga capital of world", yogic practice was the essential part of growing up and soon I feel in love with this divine knowledge of self journey when learned it professionally through my gurus and teachers.
Practicing yoga healed me mentally and physically and teaching it gives me the opportunity to learn more and sense of self development.
As a teacher my first priority is the student. The practice is the tool to achieve greater wellness I myself is just an instrument to be able to share this practice so we both are part of each other's journey.
So, let's grow together and join me on this yoga journey to experience more fulfilled life.

Being in the field of traditional yogic practice since more than 4years, I have developed the good sense of importance of alignment in each posture and my classes are based on traditional practice with proper alignment knowledge to avoid injury and get maximum benefit out of asana.

Yoga classes with Anjali di made my body to be more flexible, strengthen and increased mind awareness. Good part about her class is that she pays attention on different body parts by different set of streching exercises. As a teacher she is doing great job, her energy is motivating to others.
