About Nikita
I started working part-time in University labs writing programmes for laser and optical systems, then continued in some start-ups and big companies, currently working at Revolut, my team's building our own social trading platform. I also spoke at vocational guidance conferences for children, at professional conferences in tech companies, wrote some articles. Apart from programming I do hiring, act as a mentor to help others to write better code and make their career decisions.

I'm able to explain programming-related concepts in plain English, which might be super helpful for beginners. Also currently apart from programming I act as a mentor, do hiring and lead feature development at Revolut, sharing these skills might be useful for experienced developers. Lesson length and structure will vary depending on the current experience, aim etc. In general, it is a very hands-on approach with resolving issues along the way and diving deeper into the crucial topics.
