About Mohamed
With a strong background in mathematics, a degree in Applied Pharmaceutical Science, and several years of experience in tutoring English and math, I am confident in my ability to provide exceptional instruction and guidance as a math tutor. My passion for mathematics and dedication to helping students succeed have been the driving forces behind my tutoring career.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Pharmaceutical Science, which has provided me with a solid foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning – skills that are invaluable in mathematics. My academic journey has honed my ability to comprehend complex concepts and present them in a clear and accessible manner. I also hold a GCSE and A level in maths.
Over the past 1-3 years, I have had the privilege of tutoring students in English and math, allowing me to develop a diverse range of teaching techniques and adapt my instruction to cater to individual learning styles. Through one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions, I have successfully guided students in grasping challenging mathematical concepts and improving their performance.

My lesson plans will be structured around the student and parents intentions
I help with homework and schoolwork, further explaining concepts that may have been difficult to understand in school and helping the student not only grasp the concept but also answer exam style questions.
I also go through the entire maths curriculum with students. Beginning with an examination to understand their skill grade and then to work up with them to the upper grades
Students come with different skills, learning styles and I shape my lessons around that.
