About Amelie
I am an apprentice artist dancer in the second year of training, specializing in contemporary dance and jazz and classical training. I am currently trained to take the Technical Competence Exam (EAT) specializing in contemporary dance as well as the state diploma, which will then allow me to teach in this discipline. To do this, I have daily dance classes in these three disciplines, as well as a training program based on stretching and muscle building. In addition, I study anatomy, movement analysis, choreographic culture and musicology.

I teach stretching and muscle building classes to eager students to find better fitness and physical abilities. Stretching and muscle building can be done separately. I start the course with a heating / awakening muscle and a series of simple exercises by varying the intensity depending on the level of each, so I end with a moment of relaxation to calmly end the session and to maximize recovery. My classes are primarily based on sharing and benevolence.
