My swimming and aquatic survival lessons are tailored, safe, and designed to match each student’s age, skill level, and individual needs. Swimming sessions build water confidence while teaching breathing control, floating, proper body position, and fundamental techniques. Aquatic survival training focuses on drowning prevention, self-rescue abilities, water awareness, and how to respond in emergencies. Safety is always the top priority, along with proper technique, steady progress, and growing confidence in the water. Lessons are well suited for beginners and intermediate swimmers, especially children preparing for pool time and summer activities. In-person sessions are available in surrounding areas.
