About Nic
I am an architecture postgraduate student with a strong passion for both design and education. I completed my undergraduate degree in Architecture at the University of Johannesburg, achieving marks in the 70s for my top modules—Design, Construction, and Interdisciplinary Design. Alongside my academic background, I bring two years of professional experience as an architectural intern, where I contributed to producing detailed working drawings and technical documentation for a 16,000 sqm project.
I also have several years of tutoring and teaching experience at the high school level, covering subjects such as Mathematics, Engineering Graphics & Design (EGD), and Grade 10 Physics. My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and building confidence, and I consistently help students improve their marks by 15–30%, depending on their starting point.
Combining my architectural knowledge with my passion for teaching, I aim to support learners in developing strong foundational skills, technical thinking, and a deeper understanding of their subjects. I look forward to helping students reach their academic and creative potential.
