I am a Taiwanese-Kiwi currently in my final year of the Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Auckland. I am passionate about teaching kids and high schoolers math. I have experience tutoring kids at a tutor institute in Remuera.

My teaching method is highly student-centered. I begin by identifying each student's current level, strengths, and gaps in understanding through discussion and diagnostic questions. I break complex concepts into manageable steps, using visual aids, real-life examples, and interactive problem-solving to ensure understanding. I emphasize conceptual clarity first, then build procedural fluency through guided practice. I also encourage students to explain their reasoning, which deepens understanding and boosts confidence.
