About Isabel
Drafting is often cleaner when you stop treating the screen like a piece of paper. Most people rely on sloppy habits that I spent 3 years fixing for others.
I focus on title blocks and sheet setup to ensure your layout is professional. Precise drawing with coordinates becomes second nature when you respect layers and layer management.
I use my B.E. Civil background to enforce standards.
My lessons emphasize text styles and tables for clarity. Real drawing sheets marked up and reviewed together help you master templates and drawing standards quickly. Measurement and inquiry tools are the hidden gems of efficient production. Polylines, splines, and editing tools become faster to navigate.

Paper plans click into place when you see the final plot preview on your monitor. My 96 students have taught me how to pace these technical sessions so that layouts and plotting feel intuitive rather than frustrating. We begin by reviewing your existing files to identify where geometry errors are occurring. You will learn to use inquiry tools to double check every measurement against the scale of your project.
We spend time cleaning up line weights and text styles to ensure the final output is legible and standard. Applying these methods makes the production of construction documents significantly less stressful. It is genuinely satisfying to watch a chaotic drawing transition into a crisp and accurate set of plans.
