About Kiki
I am a university student studying Bachelor of Arts and I have been practicing art for many years. Although I mentioned that I am more familiar with sketching and watercolour painting, I have basic knowledge regarding design, illustration, and acrylic too! I was a top student in my high school's Art stream class and I have great understanding in subjects like sketching, painting, art history, design, and digital art.
I used to teach art lessons to kids during my high school years and I genuinely enjoyed teaching, therefore I hope my art skills can help my students to pick up art easily and improve their art techniques. Also, I am a Malaysian Chinese who knows two more languages (Mandarin & Malay), so please don't worry about communication problem.

Sketching and watercolor painting will be the main focus of my lessons as I’m more familiar with them, I think they are the foundation of art before any further progression on other mediums. I can help beginners to learn the basics so they can get a good start on their art-learning journey. I can teach kids, adults, or seniors, age is not a matter, but be mindful that my tutoring does not include advanced or oil painting lessons as it is more suitable for beginner/intermediate students.
Each lesson takes 2-3 hours. Students will be given a different topic every lesson, including objects, portraits, landscape, events, or even something that the students eagerly want to draw! I will pay attention to their interests and opinions, so not only they can improve their skills but also enjoy the creation process.

Details
1. Having classes in my place would cost $15/h, while having classes at student's place would add in $3 of travel cost, so each lesson costs $15 x hour + $3 instead
2. Each lesson will take at least 2 hours and no longer than 3 hours. The classes are designed for weekly commitment for a whole month:
Face-to-face: 8hr, $120 | 12hr, $180 (travel cost not included)
Online: 8hr, $104 | 12hr, $156
