I approach by levels , initially making my students go rigorously through skill sets which help them in level ups,starting from basics - beginner - intermediate - advanced.Involves lot of focus on my part and the students willfully dedicate themselves as they enjoy the kind of artwork and designs which i make them work with.In short a win-win situation not a zero sum game.
