About SHREYASHREE

Hello! My name is Cherry, and I am a dedicated remote educator specializing in primary school academic development. As an aspiring law student preparing to enter university in 2027, I bring a high level of academic discipline, structured logical reasoning, and precise communication to every lesson.

Over the past two years, I have successfully mentored young learners, translating complex curriculum concepts into clear, digestible steps while keeping lessons engaging and interactive. I structure my online sessions into focused 1.5 to 2-hour modules, blending core concept clarity with active problem-solving to maximize student engagement and retention. My methodology is rooted in patience, clarity, and building the foundational critical thinking skills your child needs to excel. I look forward to partnering with you to unlock your child’s full academic potential.

About the lesson

Who It’s For: Primary 1 to Primary 6 students.
Subjects Offered: English (Core MOE curriculum).
Format: 100% Remote / Online Tutoring via Zoom or Google Meet.

Lesson Duration & Structure (1.5 to 2 Hours)
To keep primary school students engaged during online sessions, the 1.5 to 2-hour lesson format is split into highly structured segments:

First 15 Mins: Homework review and identifying immediate gaps.

Next 45–60 Mins: Interactive concept breakdown with digital tools and step-by-step examples.

Next 20 Mins: Guided practice using timed, exam-style questions to build confidence.

Last 10 Mins: Summary, a quick reflection quiz, and setting clear goals for the next week.

Techniques & Teaching Methodology:
Socratic & Inquiry-Based Questioning: Instead of spoon-feeding answers, I use guided questioning to help young learners build independent logical reasoning. This critical thinking framework mirrors my own legal training preparation.

Visual & Digital Scaffolding: Because lessons are remote, I utilize interactive whiteboards and color-coded annotations. This creates an explicit visual roadmap for complex math problems or grammar rules.

Customized Error Logs: I track repetitive mistakes across lessons to curate highly personalized worksheets. This targets specific weak spots before major assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:
Aspiring University Law Student (2027 Intake): Structured writing capabilities, and analytical skills.

2 Years of Academic Mentorship Experience: Successfully mentored and coached younger relatives/cousins, translating complex school concepts into simple, easily digestible foundations.

Patient & Adaptable Communicator: Experienced in managing the attention spans of primary school children and building a supportive online learning environment.
