About Ali
I am an aspiring medical student with A*/A*/A predictions for Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I have previously done in-school tutoring for individual students, and helped run lessons alongside qualified teachers. Students I have helped in lessons have gone on to achieve 8s and 9s (equivalent to A* and A**) in the sciences.
I am currently completing A-levels and therefore my knowledge and experience with the new GCSE system is fresh and well-aquainted with the harder exams.

I'm Ali and I'm an A-level student from County Durham. I recently achieved top grades in all three sciences at GCSE with help from my own amazing teachers.
I believe that the issues that come from teaching the sciences is that many teachers do not bring enough energy or life to the subject. I'll be the first to admit that there IS dry, boring material you cover but the trick is in making it interesting and fun to the students.
I'm pretty creative when it comes to teaching and tend to interact with students on quite a friendly level.
I have a very good handle on the subject material and can therefore plan lessons prett effectively and not just read from a textbook for hours on end.
