About Archana
An accomplished Wellness Consultant with 8 years of experience with International exposure in Yoga, Neurotherapy, Pranic Healing and Foot Reflexology. Providing services to various places like Prisons, Hospitals, Corporate, Schools, and Colleges for Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Well beings. Basically I was in IT field, was working in HCL. Because of My Passion in Yoga, I changed my carrier into Yoga.
My Motto is to improve the quality of life of not just an individual but of communities by teaching the importance of living a well - balanced healthy life through Prana. Let's work together to fill the world with positive vibes.

To make impossible into possible and To let everyone understand the meaning of Pure Happiness, We are providing Integrated Approach of Yoga Therapy which includes Diet, Kriya, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yogic Games, Neurotherapy and Pranic Healing for Pancha Kosha's. I would like to show or let others experience about what is the real benefits of Yoga which is beyond body and mind.
