About Jackson
I am a current undergrad student at CU Boulder with a passion for astronomy currently studying astrophysics and planetary sciences. I’m new to tutoring but have multiple years of experience in lower-level astronomy courses and I am able to reciprocate the information in the various ways I’ve learned it in order to adapt to differing needs of people who wish to learn more in the field.

My lessons will cover the basics of astronomy that can be found in introductory level courses. Taught from the perspective of a college student seeking a degree in the field, I will explain course concepts in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand way. Mostly covering astronomy as it relates to us—i.e., the solar system and its formation, moon phases, constellations. As well as the stars and galaxies as a whole.
