About Prasad
I am an astrophysics Ph.D.
My very job is to learn and discover new things about the universe.
It is my personal belief that curiosity is in the very fiber of everyone's being, and learning becomes far easier and desirable if one develops an intrinsic need to know about how the world works. Whether this is physics / chemistry / biology / humanities, it does not matter.
Yes, it can get difficult sometimes but that's the reason why it's fun - I was told by my mom that when you're uncertain about something, it is because you've temporarily let go of all that you already knew, and are now in the space of discovering something new, and that can be dizzying as well as exciting at the same time!
That's where learning happens and real knowledge builds. I want to be the person to facilitate that for you. In teaching you, my ultimate goal is to help you cherish science. I love to teach, and knowledge shared is knowledge gained!

I am a very easy-going, friendly, gentle teacher.
I will tailor the syllabus, speed, technical level, and vocabulary, to suit your specific needs. I like to discuss the pacing and the number of required sessions for various topics and semesters with the students themselves.
I offer sessions in the evening five times a week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
