About Killian
My name is Killian Maiberger-Higgins, and I am a Masters graduate of Physics from England. Before I go on to become a Doctor of Physics, I want to inspire as many people as I can to go on and study science!
Physics and science in general is one of the most fascinating and beautiful subjects to study, but I think that often the beauty can get lost behind long equations, boring teachers and schools teaching 'only what you need'. I want to go beyond your exams and help you see that physics really is an amazing discipline. But don't worry - I'll help you pass your exams too!
I'll be drawing on my own experiences and notes from my university course to make sure that you can a university quality education no matter what level you're at now!

As a university graduate with a first class honours in physics, let me bring a new perspective to your physics education!
I believe strongly in learning by doing. Ideally ahead of our lesson together, I would be provided with the topic you wish to study and any other resources - these might include homework questions, mock or past exam papers, equation sheets and anything else of relevance.
Lessons can vary in length from 1-2 hours. For the first part of our lesson I will give a short talk on the topic you want to learn about, and answer any questions you have. For the second part of our lesson, we will work together to answer questions -either those provided by you or questions put together by me. We will work on your approach and strategy for answering question, and make you an expert in no time!
I can cater to any level and age, but particularly those with a passion for physics who may be considering it as a field of study. I can also provide maths and computer science tutoring at a slightly lower level.
