About Jane
I have an undergraduate degree in Astrophysics and am very passionate about science communication.
I have experience giving private grinds and working as a tutor in a university setting. While studying in UCC, I was a lab demonstrator and tutored over 400 students per year taking an introductory physics course. I received the UCC Student Nominated Postgraduate Demonstrator of the Year award in 2022 and was nominated again in 2023.
I have over 4 years of experience working professionally in science communication, conducting workshops, planetarium shows and more for students of all levels and the general public. I have even designed an educational board game about exoplanets!

Lessons will be an hour long and conducted online over Zoom. I will share my screen with you and we will work through any topics that you need help with, explaining concepts and practicing examples and exam questions. Summary notes for each topic will be provided.
