About Larry
Larry Ray, Graduate (1974) of Muskingum University and (1977) of Capital University School of Law. He is a practicing attorney, mediator, arbitrator and executive coach with home base in Washington D.C. and Ohio. He serves as a trainer for the AMA (American Management Association) delivering courses in Leadership, Negotiation, Conflict Management, Persuasion and Influence. Previously, he was the first prosecutor in the United States in charge of a mediation/negotiation of crimes program funded by the U.S. Department of Justice; the first Director of the American Bar Association (ABA) Dispute Resolution Section; and the first Director of the National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM). He serves as a Senior Adjunct Professor teaching Business Negotiation at both The George Washington University School of Law (DC) and Capital Law School (Columbus, Ohio).
