In my classes, I’ll teach you the real Italian cuisine I grew up with, using the recipes and tips passed down from my grandmother. From simple everyday dishes to impressive menus for special occasions, I’m here to help you cook with confidence and joy. What we can do together: 1. Traditional or vegetarian Italian menus 2. Fresh pasta, risottos, sauces, antipasti — step by step 3. Classic Italian desserts (yes, tiramisù too!) 4. Meal planning Whether you're looking to spice up your weekday meals or plan a full Italian dinner party, our sessions will be tailored to your level, your kitchen, and your tastes. And if you want to sprinkle in a bit of Italian language along the way ... I’m happy to help with that too!
