About Alec
Starting out young with three brothers and a childhood soldier from a Dad, wrestling was a past time in our house from as far back a i can remember. Whilst travelling as a lost and wondering youth,I came across,the man who would change my life forever,a Tai Chi instructor from Yang Family lineage.
I am now in my 49th year and wish to pass on the knowledge that was bestowed upon me and what I have experienced in life as well in the aim of spreading true life preservation exercises for today's stressed out life styles ️
