Hello! I’m Mitali Gautam. I believe that yoga isn't about twisting yourself into a human pretzel; it’s about untwisting the stress, tension, and stiffness that accumulate in daily life.

My journey with yoga taught me that the practice is deeply personal. There is no "one-size-fits-all" posture. As an instructor, my goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can connect with your body, build sustainable strength, and find a sense of grounding. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time or looking to refine your existing practice, I am here to guide you every step of the way with clear, encouraging, and precise instruction.

Every session is tailored entirely to your personal goals, energy levels, and physical needs. We don't just mimic poses; we understand them.
What a typical 60-minute session looks like:
Centering & Breathwork (Pranayama): 5–10 minutes to arrive on the mat, check in with your body, and calm the nervous system.
Warm-up & Mobilization: Gentle movements to prepare the joints and muscles.
Active Asana Practice: A customized flow focusing on alignment, core stability, flexibility, and strength (paced perfectly for you).
Cool-down & Deep Relaxation (Savasana): Guided relaxation to integrate the benefits of the practice and leave you feeling fully refreshed.
My Methodology
Alignment-First Approach: I prioritize safe, anatomical alignment over "picture-perfect" poses to prevent injury and maximize benefits.
Paced for You: We progress at a speed that challenges you comfortably without leaving you feeling overwhelmed.
