About LIRIM
Is an engineer and also has a PPU education( pedagogy) . Working as an engineer now. Has experience as a teacher for over 10 years. 8 years in primary school and 3 years as a subject teacher at high school level. Latest experience as a teacher at VGS level 2017-2019 as a subject teacher in electrical engineering, mathematics and biology/chemistry/physics science.

These are several teaching techniques I use. Short theory sessions are always helpful, so the use of examples and exercises is what makes candidates understand the subject best. I'm not always preoccupied with moving forward on a plan without candidates having taken the lessons. Uses more than one way to explain the same topics or issues.
Example - Mathematics.
Using the 4 different plans (formulated by Marit Holm), teaching in mathematics can take place at:
1.Concrete plan
2.Semi-concrete plan
3.Semi-abstract plan
4.Abstract plan
Candidates can be from children and adolescents level to high school students or students.
