I focus my lessons on achievable techniques and craveable recipes. Every lesson is unique to the students dietary needs and dreams. I focus on utilizing whole grains, working seasonally with Californias best farms and markets. I love sharing fast nourishing meals. As well as helping you building your technique to go from casual cook to all star in the kitchen. Lessons are for ages 8-99.
