About Praveen
I am a software professional working in a rotational shift, and alongside my career, I am passionate about continuously upskilling and expressing my creativity through dance. My goal is not just to teach choreography, but to help individuals gain better control over their body posture, movement, and overall confidence.
I believe dance is a powerful way to build discipline, improve physical awareness, and unlock personal potential. Through my sessions, I aim to create a comfortable and motivating environment where learners can grow at their own pace while developing strong fundamentals and body control.

I am MR Delhi, India, and my approach focuses on fitness, flexibility, footwork precision, ankle mobility, and strong body control. My sessions are structured with warm‑ups, technique drills, and choreography, ensuring steady progress and confidence.
I emphasize balance, spine control, and controlled movement using gravity, helping students improve both performance and overall body movement. Classes are suitable for beginners to advanced learners, including school students, college dancers, and working professionals.

I know Praveen from the schooling. He is an exceptional dancer. He is knowledgeable in almost all dance forms. He was responsible for choreography of many number of songs. He is capable of composing choreography on variousdance forms like indie, bollywood, freestyle, folk , hip hop and contemporary. He knows the strengths and limitations of a fellow dancer-to-be and adjusts the style of dance accordingly. He gave various stage performances in schooling, college and even after moving to corporate. I would highly recommend a teacher like him.
