i am a ayurveda doctor and yoga expert by profession and hold a degree in ayurveda and masters in yoga.i have moe than 20 years of experience in practising and teaching yoga.i believe and have experienced that regular practice of yoga can prevent diseases and therapeutic yoga can cure many illnesses.

I have experience in practising and teaching yoga since more than 22years.I have students from india and abroad. i did my degree in Ayurveda and hold a diploma and Masters degree in yoga.i was fortunate to have studied under the direct guidance of iyengar.i am passionate about yoga and its healing effects and strongly believe that it has the cure for many diseases and also regular practice prevents diseases.my classes are planned after considering the level of the student,beginner intermediate or advanced or therapeutic.i use props as optional tools if and when required.i teach children, adults,women,elderly and college level students too.i am a teacher of international repute and have travelled the world teaching yoga and ayurveda.

Rs 500 per hour is the hourly rate. first class is for free for 30 min. A consultation of 15 min is included before the commencement of class inorder to understand the level of the student.
