About Divya
I'm a BAMS graduate enthusiastic in sharing my knowledge with everyone. I completed my schooling from Thrissur and completed my graduation from one of the best Ayurveda colleges in Kerala. I completed yoga classes during my graduation and I'd like to share the experience with everyone who needs healing through yogic practices.

Helping you explore the yogic practices with me from the basic. Daily practices make your body very calm and flexible, increasing longevity and bringing happiness to your life. Trial class will be free. You can join with me after the trial class if you loved it. My class includes hatha yoga practice along with meditation and healing techniques for mind relaxation. It will be helpful to reduce the stress in this era and molding you in a perfect way.
