About Shourodip
My name is Shourodip (you may call me 'Shouro'). I have been tutoring for 2+ years, having taught 30+ hrs. In this time I have encountered students with varied goals and academic capabilities. Hence, I have learned to adapt teaching approaches and adopt a holistic teaching philosophy. For example, one student may be unable to understand complicated biology concepts, however flourishes in English class where written communication and analysis are important. This may indicate that the given student prefers story-based learning, therefore I would make a point to emphasize the relations between components and make it easier to remember long technical terms.

Hi! I'm a Bachelor of Biomedicine student at the University of Melbourne with a strong background in science and mathematics. I graduated high school in 2023 with an IB diploma, where my best subjects were Biology and Chemistry. Since starting university, I've been helping high school students build confidence, improve conceptual understanding and develop study skills.
