About Omar
Hello everyone, my name is Omar Ateyah, and I have a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Florida and am currently pursuing a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. I've had a lifelong love for the written word and would like to convey that passion to all of my students. I spent a couple of years teaching at a homeschooling co-op in Gainesville, Florida, where I taught students in elementary and middle school primarily in areas including English and mathematics. My approach is to meet all students where they are at and help them reach their full potential.

My approach to teaching is to connect with every student on an individual level and figure out what works for them so they can make the most of our time together in a stress-free and productive environment! My patience and persistence will set me apart and ensure that we can accomplish great things together. My lessons will primarily be for those in grades K-12, but I'm happy work with those who are older and/or those who are learning English as a second language.
