About Claime Mike
Hello! I am a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics graduate with a passion for helping students understand mathematics in a simple, clear, and enjoyable way.
I believe that every student can learn mathematics with the right guidance, patience, and encouragement. My teaching approach is student-centered and interactive, using step-by-step explanations, real-life examples, visual aids, guided practice, and problem-solving activities.
I create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and improving at their own pace. Rather than simply giving answers, I guide students through the process so they can develop strong mathematical skills, logical thinking, and confidence.

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and practical. I believe that students learn mathematics best when they understand the concept rather than simply memorize formulas. I begin by identifying the learner’s current level and areas of difficulty, then adjust my explanations and activities according to their needs.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous concepts and a few questions to assess the learner’s prior knowledge. I then introduce the new topic using a simple example or a real-life situation.
Next, I explain the concept step by step and demonstrate how to solve problems. The student then works on guided exercises with my support. As the learner becomes more confident, I provide independent practice and more challenging problems.
At the end of the lesson, we review the key ideas, discuss common mistakes, and complete a short assessment to check learning. I also give feedback and suggestions for further practice.
What sets me apart is my ability to make mathematics easier, understandable, and less intimidating. As a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics graduate and an aspiring Licensed Professional Teacher, I understand the importance of patience, clear communication, and adapting lessons to different learning styles.
My lessons are primarily designed for elementary, junior high school students who need support in Mathematics.
