About Madi
Hi! My name is Madi and I have recently completed a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Mathematics and General Sciences and I have been tutoring for 7 years now. I am passionate about learning and helping and I have began my Bachelor of Education to become a high school teacher. I understand the importance of having a good teacher/tutor, especially in subjects such as math and science when many students struggle, because of my own experience with an excellent teacher that I had in high school.

As a tutor, I understand the importance of catering to all different learning styles and how a good teacher or tutor can completely change a students attitude towards learning. My lessons have been very successful for students with low motivation who struggle due to the way information has previously been presented to them. My lessons are particularly focussed on using visual aids as well as real life examples in order to fully understand the reasoning and uses of math and science in the real world.

Perfect! Madi is very patient and knowledgeable. She makes herself available for my daughter’s schedule. She learns the material that my daughter is working on and is able to help her quickly. So happy we found her.

Madi has consistently helped me to thrive in math! She’s an amazing teacher who makes learning feel welcoming:)
This is our second year with Madi and we are so impressed with how she works with our daughter. Always on time and very knowledgeable on the topic of grade 11 and now grade 12 math. Our daughter enjoys working with her and finds her teaching style helpful and has given our daughter the confidence she needs with math. Bonus her grades are now in the 80s.
