As someone who has experience with learners who are struggling, I have learnt that as a teacher you need to have a few strategies in order to have a successful class. Each learner is unique and I plan to know my learners in order for me to be able to meet their need. I plan to implement more than I am required for the success of my learners. Working at a school will have its advantages as I know how to plan and implement a curriculum.
