I am a Bachelor of Hospitality Management graduate with an Advanced Diploma and Diploma in Hospitality Management, as well as Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery. I have professional experience as a pastry cook, cookery teacher, and chef across different hospitality environments. I genuinely enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping others become more confident in the kitchen. I want to teach because I believe cooking and baking should be enjoyable, practical, and accessible to everyone.
