About Katrina
Do you want to master acoustic technique and lead guitar improvisation? My teaching journey involves 283 students who have explored everything from blues progressions to reading sheet music.
I earned my Bachelor of Music at the University of Canterbury while refining my approach to chord transitions. After 3 years of dedicated practice and instruction, I prioritize scales and modes to build a strong foundation.
Fingerpicking is a specialty that adds texture to any songwriter set. I provide comprehensive grade exam prep for those seeking formal recognition. My goal is to ensure you feel CAPABLE AND PREPARED on the fretboard.
