About Chanté
I started playing piano at a young age and I started to learn the trumpet in high school. I played trumpet at the university level. I also played trumpet as a civilian in the Governor General Horse Guards military band. I received my grade 8 piano RCM and had started my grade 9, but chose to go to university for trumpet.

I like to teach based on the students preferences. I tailor the lessons to the student. I can offer 30 minute to 1 hour lessons. I am happy to teach from the beginner to intermediate level. I am a classically trained musician but also can play many different genres of music.
