About Gertrudis
When I finished high school I wanted to become a nurse and a teacher at the same time. Therefore, I graduated from university to become a Registered Nurse. However, I did not give up on teaching because it is something that I enjoy. I began teaching my younger siblings at home and after a while started teaching their friends after school when their parents could afford it. I adapt to each student's study method because everyone learns differently.

My teaching method is very visual and relatable. I ensure that my students can relate to the explained content. Lessons go between 45-60 mins as it allows retention of information without losing focus on the spoken topic. I have been teaching both Spanish and mathematics to close relatives' children. The age group falls between year 1 to year 7 for mathematics. However, I teach all ages for Spanish and English as a second language.
