About Sarah
Choosing the right tutor is an important decision, and I strive to create a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment where every student feels comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow in confidence.
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Primary Education at Deakin University and work as a Learning Support Assistant in a primary school, where I support students with a range of learning needs. This hands-on classroom experience allows me to understand how to adapt my teaching to suit each child's individual strengths and challenges.
I am patient, reliable, and committed to helping every student reach their full potential. Whether your child needs extra support, wants to build confidence, or is looking to extend their learning, I will provide personalized lessons that are engaging, well-prepared, and aligned with their goals.

As a Bachelor of Primary Education student at Deakin University and a Learning Support Assistant in a primary school, I am passionate about helping children become confident, capable learners. I understand that every child learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to suit their individual needs, learning style and goals.
My tutoring sessions are engaging, supportive and interactive. I use a range of teaching strategies, including hands-on activities, visual resources, guided practice and positive encouragement to make learning enjoyable while building confidence. I focus not only on improving academic skills but also on developing a positive attitude towards learning.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes and can be conducted online or in person (depending on location). Before beginning, I take the time to understand each student's strengths, areas for improvement and learning goals so I can create personalised lessons that support their progress.
