The lesson will be on general health, losing weight, naturally , with the use of science of nutition and sports, meal ideas to fit all age, tribe and nationality. Appropriate Meal plans will taught, new food ideas and how to prepare them will be learnt each day, how to turn bland and uninteresting meals to savoury healthy meals, healthy snacks and snacking will be learnt, ways to boost metabolism, ways of improving life in other to live healthy, different diseases, causes,signs, symptoms, prevention and possible cures using natural means will be learnt and social welfare of individuals, groups and families. My teaching methodologies are majorly practicals, in which a short note with detailed information and steps will b given, with a video when necessary, colorful pictures will also be used for illustrations, a one on one follow up to ascertain lesson progress will be used, practical life examples will be used in teaching for easy understanding.
